Erm, it’s a while since I made it, I think I used a custom action that I had created which duplicated the shape and rotated the object 5ยบ

Open the RGB or CMYK .PSD files in Photoshop and turn on the layer visibility

there should be a layer ‘Clip to me’
place your image above this layer, right click on your image layer and select ‘Create clipping mask’
