Design Style
With neon lines and a glowing translucent grid to make up the ‘floor’ of the design, it’s easy to see that Gallax has a somewhat Tron inspired style.
The background is a deep, dark and detail-filled galaxy which blurs into the distance, helping the reader focus on the foreground information.
The header of the design features the main DJ image. Surrounded by neon lines with jagged edges and sharp corners, 3D patterned spheres, diamonds and even the subtle space rocket, it’s easy to feel the futurics, space age and electronic-generation image this flyer is trying to portray.
Whilst the design seems complex and posisbly difficult to use due to the level of detail within the artwork – it’s actually incredible easy.
The feature image (DJ image) and text areas are contained in just two folders, which you can edit with the Photoshop Type Tool (the text) and replace by copying and pasting your own stock image (the feature image).
The whole flyer has been left fully editable with dozens of layers for you to customise and change if you don’t like the current appearance or layout. All 3D objects, lines, text and images can be moved, edited, rearranged or even removed!
