The individual boxes alternate in colour to help make them stand out, nad each has a different subtle pattern that overlays the background to add a touch of style.
These paterns and colours are of course just an example which you can change to match any type of event you wish. Maybe microphones for a live mic night?
All text areas are easy to edit through the Photoshop Type Tool and stock images can be replaced by simply pasting in your own image.
