You need Photoshop firstly, secondly, to add content, right click on smart object layer, paste your content into the window that opens, click save, then close window, done!
..As explained to you on Skype :D
add content? i did’t get it anyway..i need more explaination plez..
Open the file in Photoshop, right click on the little Smart Object thumbnails and select ‘Replace contents’
When the new window opens, paste in your flyer design, click save and close the window :)

Hey Anjos, there is no editable texts here, the flyer images you see are examples. These files are for ‘mocking up’ your flyers, they’re not the actual flyer templates themselves :)
